STRATEGIC PLAN

This strategic planning document was developed at Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay by the Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Department and was created to provide assessment, planning and vision to deliver the most effective and efficient MWR programs and services to our customers. MWR Kings Bay's Strategic Plan is a living and transparent document that focuses on true program self-evaluation and setting achievable goals, while maintaining the department's high program standards.
