Robert Spinnenweber, MWR Director
Responsible for directing and managing a comprehensive and diverse MWR department providing programs, services, facilities and products to improve the quality of life, morale and well-being of authorized personnel. Bob has been with MWR 40 years.
Regina Kelley, Human Resource Director
Responsible for extensive interfacing, coordinating, planning and scheduling with the region, NAF program managers and employees to provide HR services at the installation level to assist NAF program managers and employees by performing the full scope of one or a combination of the following HR functions: Workforce Planning and Employment; Human Resource Development; Labor and Employee Relations. She is the primary technical advisor on NAF Human Resources. Regina has been with MWR for 23 years.
Sarah Barthelomy, Community Recreation Director
Responsible for managing and administering comprehensive and diverse year-round recreation programs and facilities that include but is not limited to the CRAB, Liberty, TRIPLEX, Special Events, Outdoor Recreation, Tickets and Travels. These programs and services are designed to improve the quality of life for military personnel, their families and other eligible patrons as well as supporting the Navy's objectives of Retention, Readiness and Fitness by providing quality recreation program offerings and services. Sarah has been with MWR for 17.
Michael Miller, Operations Director
Responsible for Business Operations including Trident Lakes Golf Club, Bowling Center/Pub and Eagle Hammock RV Park. Additional responsibilities include NAF Minor/Major Construction, Facilities and Environmental/Safety/Facility management. Mike has been with MWR for 17 years.
Heather Miller, Marketing/Communications Director
Responsible for the overall planning, initiation, management, administration and technical direction of the communication and marketing programs. Responsible for bringing well organized and efficient strategies, insights, and management to marketing, brand management, public relations, sponsorship, and accreditation at MWR Kings Bay. Heather has been with MWR for 16 years.
Candy Dugan, CYP Oversight Director
Responsible for administration of the facility and for oversight of the installation Child and Youth Programs. Major duties and responsibilities include implementation of developmentally appropriate programs, budgeting and financial management, personnel management, program operations, compliance and CYP oversight. Candy has been with MWR for 33 years.
Laura Greeson, MWR Financial Manager
Responsible for the management and the administration of the accounting functions, the NAF financial statement, and all related NAF financial components. Laura has been with MWR for 35 years.
Melissa Luehrs, Fitness Director
Responsible for Mission Essential programs including Fitness, Aquatics, Intramural Sports and Deployed Forces. Melissa has been with MWR for 20 years.
Rob Mayville, Satellite Operations Manager
Responsible for Navy Lake Site Allatoona in Cartersville, GA. Navy Lake Site has cabins, marina, RV Park, beaches and campgrounds. Rob has been with the MWR organization for 25 years.
